Absolutely LOVED working with Jim Hall at Big Blue Autos. He really worked with me, as someone who is rebuilding my credit. I was able to drive away in a nice car, and I absolutely love the car. Jim was quick, I was in and out within a 2-3 hours. If it even took that long. I would definitely buy here again, or recommend my friends.

I had been shopping for a vehicle for several weeks, but i was having trouble finding the right car for my budget and the monthly payments i needed. When I called Big Blue Autos, I spoke with the Jason, the finance manager, and told him what I was looking for and where I needed my payments to be. after only 5 minutes on the phone, he had me approved on 15 to 10 vehicles that fit my budget. The next day, I went to big blue autos, and the staff, including Jason, we’re very helpful. Within an hour, I had test driven several vehicles, picked out the one I liked, and was driving home in the perfect car for less than what I needed to be at per month. I went from a good to a bad review and a little over two years later I can say Jim has been great to work with. Finances can be sticky at times and hes always been understanding with communication. Don't be so quick to give a good or bad review is what I've learned.

First off! I am pleased!! Happy customer!! I have had my Volkswagen for 7ish weeeks now, no check engine light, no lights whatsoever on the dash board! You cannot even hear the car start or running it’s so silent and well taken care of! Clean on the inside and outside. Mileage is normal for its age. Jim was my salesman and I am so happy with my Volkswagen, seriously! Big ol popcycle smile that is how happy I am. If I continue to have a good experience I will indeed return to purchase a car for my kids who will start driving in 3 and 4 years from now. My son is about to be 12 and my daughter is 9. They can get their permit at 15 now with the new law. Crazy huh? But yeah, definitely a happy customer. Don’t go anywhere but here SERIOUSLY!!

On June 5th 2025, after several hours and numerous dealerships, I was on The Verge of giving up on buying a car, then I went into big blue auto as one last-ditch effort, when I arrived, I managed to get a tour of the lot before Blaine came out to greet me, he asked me what was my budget, and I told him and he showed me not 1, not 2, but several Cars in my budget. I finally landed on a 2015 Subaru legacy. Upon inspection, I noticed there was an issue with the infotainment system, and there was a chunk of rubber missing from the sidewall. Blaine and finance manager Jason inspected. The vehicle noted the issues and adjusted the price accordingly and provided me with 4 right brand new tires. I will return to this dealership for future purchases and I do recommend it i give the dealership a 5 star review only because that's the highest rating I could give
